Hi Linda,

 

I know you are looking down on me and telling me, "It is ok".  I know you are happy with the Lord Linda as that is what you lived for.  What a wonderful sister, like the freshest and purest flower of Spring.  You lived your life for your love of the Lord.  A graduate of  the Northeast Bible Institute, going into the Missionary Field. What an honor, to be born in a family with you in it.  You found your mate till you went to help out the Lord Above, he needed you.  You of course met your Husband Leon, and had your daughter Valarie.  You are missed so much and the rest of us Brothers and Sister miss you.

 

On the morning of July 6, 1992, at the wee early hour of the morning, I got what we all regret hearing, "The phone ringing", When I answered it , it was your Minister, Rev. Dyer on the other end.  When he said his name, I knew I didn't want to her his words.  I said, "NO", he said, "yes our Dear Linda was fatally Injured in an Automobile Accident." and has gone with the Lord.  For a time, I really don't know what was said or much more about it.  Of course at that time Viv was notified of the same so we started getting ahold of the rest of your sisters and Brothers.  We gathered together making plans on the phone to go to West Virginia where you were living.  It was a rainy night, the road had been freshly Black topped, making it more slippery than normal.  The accident happened in Morgantown West Virginia, you and your husband had gone to a movie, which was very unuasal for you to do.

 

We were all with you Linda, the church was filled to see Our Sister.  We love you Linda, and miss you so very much, but you are happy, you are getting your reward for working for the Lord, and your rewards I am sure are countless.

 

We hope to join you someday, we Love You With All Our Hearts,,,,,,,Brothers and Sister.

Love you so much,  thought just in case you didn't see this picture before, here we all are at a Motel in West Virginia, where we all were together.  We sat together at the church, you had a Beautiful Funeral. One of your Fellow members sang two or three songs which were just beautiful.   We all placed a Rose by your side as a token of our Love, as we stood there, I know you were so proud of the beautiful prayer your big Brother David said, we were all so very sad to have to let you go, but we knew where you were going.to the place you had worked hard to get.

 

We miss you, we Love You, But we know you are Happy with the Lord.  Love You Linda.
